Do the Right Thing

A local plaza changed hands, and the owner, who we had been working with passed our name along to the new owner.

This is a plaza we know many of the business owners, having forged relationships with over decades.

He asked for help, and that he “wanted to do it right”.

Music to my ears, the entire plaza remaining needed work. Multiple sections had blown off and had trees growing from them. We have been attempting to band-aid hundred of leaks over the last few years as we slowly started to replace the roofs.

The new owner knew, and understood and wanted to get them all done. Excellent. They are repaving, and repainting, wow this might actually happen!

We were finally going to be able to get those business owners in good shape roof-wise moving forward.

You know, until we actually priced it out to tear-it off (multiple wet layers) and insulate it to code.

The owner said that was too expensive, and his roofer, who he totally assured me is a professional guy could go right over the top!

He asked if we could do the same.

#roofed.
